Utah Oracle Users Group (UTOUG, or “we”) believes in the individual’s right to maintain data privacy. The following provides details about how UTOUG collects and uses your personal data.
When you register for a UTOUG event, we also collect and store information about the fee you paid (if any), and the date and name of the event. If you do not register as a member or subscriber, you do not supply any information for us to store and use.
Note: We do not store credit card information for payments you make through our website. We use PayPal for secure, encrypted monetary transactions.
Much of the information on the UTOUG website is available to the public and does not require a login. If you do log into your UTOUG online account, your login credentials are encrypted.

UTOUG uses cookies to maintain your logged-in status and to pass information between its pages. It does not use cookies to track your web browser behavior or history. You can set your web browser to not accept cookies, but if you do that some of our website features may not function.
As a member, you can manage your data by updating your member profile, which is accessed by logging into the website and clicking your name in the top-right corner. After clicking "Edit profile" you can modify any personal data you have supplied us, remove non-required data, specify privacy options, and update your email subscription preferences.
