This BI SIG will be talking about Data Governance. Pablo Riboldi from the LDS Church, will present on 'Choosing Your Data Governance Strategies: From All-You-Can-Eat Buffet to Haute Cuisine'. After Pablo's presentation, we'll have lunch.
After lunch we will have a special breakout session for OBIEE users. We'd like to get this group together to talk about topics specific to this tool. Michelle Kolbe will be presenting at this session on 'Performance Tuning OBIEE';

Bios for our Speakers:
Pablo Riboldi has worked of the past 4 years as the Solution Manager for Information Governance and Quality for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has presented many times at DAMA, Data Governance Conferences in the US and Europe. He has a PhD in Instructional Science and is an adjunct faculty for Argosy University teaching graduate courses on Information Management and Research Methodologies. He has a passion for teaching and sharing with others.
Pablo is an animated presenter known for his ability to simplify difficult concepts and show them in practical, understandable ways. In his free time, Pablo enjoys running, biking, and sailing around the mountains and lakes of beautiful Utah.
Michelle Kolbe is a Business Intelligence Engineer at Backcountry.com. Prior to Backcountry, she spent 8 years as a Data Architect and BI Developer at Intermountain Healthcare. Michelle is the President of Utah Oracle Users Group and a Select Journal Contributing Editor for the Independent Oracle Users Group. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Winona State University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Utah State University.
